Processing Time - All dresses are made to order. - Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. - Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, new launches, or promotional periods.

Shipping - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number (where available). - Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and the courier service selected at checkout. - Please note that shipping time is separate from our production time.

Order Changes & Cancellations - As production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production.
